Refund policy

If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit or an exchange for the same style in a different size. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items marked as sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that due to our business and sanitary policies, we cannot extend the return window beyond 7 days. Once an item has been in a customer’s possession for an extended amount of time, we are unable to resell it, even if unworn and in its original packaging. As a small business, we appreciate your support and kindly ask that you follow our return policy, as we cannot make exceptions.

Eligibility:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date and shipped within 10 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges:
At the time, we offer exchanges for the same style in a different size only. If you would like a different style, please request a return for a store credit. We cannot hold items for exchanges, so we recommend sending your return as soon as possible to help ensure availability. Once your return starts tracking as in transit, your exchange order will be placed. Please note that dropping off a return does not automatically mean it is in transit; the exchange will be processed once the package is moving through the postal system. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, an online store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credit: Once your return starts tracking as in transit back to us, your online credit will be issued. We’re unable to expedite credits until we see that your return is in transit. If you do not receive your credit, please check your spam folder, as it may land there. 

Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We are unable to hold items for exchanges, so we recommend shipping your return promptly.
